  • Pat Nguyen There's always a way to abuse something. Yes it is true that it "helps" rapists in that sort of way but it's not intended for that reason. It's meant to prevent unwanted pregnancies to better off society by lowering abortion rates, decreasing abandonment, and giving couples a brighter future if they were to be burdened by an unwanted pregnancy.
